All day or weekend course tickets can be refunded in full prior to the 2 week start date of an event. Any cancellations which occur 2 weeks before the event start date will not be refunded. This is because other students will have been told that the event is full and it is too late to give that space to another student. You must notify us of your cancellation by emailing email@example.com
Phone calls and leaving phone messages or texts does not confirm a cancellation. This must be received in writing only, as explained above.
If we are unable to provide a direct refund, we will do our best to switch you to another event or offer you books to equate to the amount that you have spent. We do not want students to miss out on valuable information. Please try to notify us in advance if you are unable to attend. In the event of unpredictable weather conditions where an event has been cancelled, all tickets will be refunded in full. However, we cannot refund any travel expenses incurred due to unpredictable factors beyond our control, resulting in the cancellation of an event.
Summer School deposits are non-refundable beyond the 14 day cooling off period when registering. Following this, students must notify us of their wish to cancel at least 3 months prior to their start date. Cancellations that fall within the 3 month period of their start date cannot be refunded. Expenses will have already been used to pay for food and accommodation as well as provisions including books and teaching. It will also be too late for us to offer the place to another student.
