Hi, I understand that when applying to some universities BMAT is required and for section 2 there is 4 sub-sections. Can there be a podcast of tips and advice for BMAT revision? Especially since there are subjects that I have never learned before through GCSE and A-levels.
Hi Megan! Don’t you worry this is already in the works so keep an eye out for when we next release an episode! All the best, Lucy and Ciara 😀
Thank you! This was really helpful especially as I have firmed St George’s. Just curious about how your assessments and exams work as it is mostly CBL and PBL based and not lectures like other unis.
Hi Namrata, thank you for your question! So, we still do have lectures delivered to us much like other unis and a lot of focus on topics in these lectures that are also re-covered in the CBL and PBL cases. The exams will be based on a mixture of all of these topics which, in most cases, overlap anyway. There is also a small amount of Anatomy questions that will come up in the assessments. In any case, you always get an exam briefing a month or so before your assessments, always letting you know what resources you should be using to revise. I hope that helps and congratulations on your St George’s offer! Please don’t hesitate to message on here or email me if you have any more questions 🙂
Thank you!
